The Vychan House

Many are impressed with the renovation of the Vychan House in East Nashville. Brian Huffine, (Timmy's brother) has been working to restore this historical house on Eastland Drive. The builder of the Vychan house has a great resume of other buildings here in Nashville. Some of these include the Stockyard restaurant, Nashville Electric Service, part of Vanderbilt University, and many more. The Vychan House renovation has been featured on local Nashville News, in Nashville Home and Garden magazine and has a great web site (click here to see) to promote before and after photos. You can see the listing for this house on Realtracs. This house is truly amazing and just across the river in downtown Nashville. Its fun to talk with Brian and hear about all the people coming by to check this house out. Its for sale and will be a great home for someone in the very near future.
